Flight Crew can sign up for silver membership which is free. There are also paid memberships such as Gold and VIP which give enhanced benefits. Crew Members are able to sign in with Facebook and LinkedIn credentials however, alternatively they are able to sign up with all their personal and professional details via email too. The main database is split into Pilots and Flight Attendants, Full Time and Freelance jobs. The database is fully searchable regardless of membership status. Job applications are allowed regardless of membership status however, the amount/type of application allowed does vary depending on membership. Once the crew Members have applied they will be informed via their dashboard of the status of the application.


Operators can either search the database for the qualified Crew Members or they can upload jobs. Operators can just search for the qualified flight crew or even better post a job with all their requirements. Once the job is posted, the jobs are made public and are visible for the entire internet to see. Crew Members can apply for the jobs and when they do the operator is instantly informed. The Operator is able to quickly check the credentials and accept, reject or shortlist the application. 

We are a multi level platform allowing Flight Crew and Recruiters to connect to each in a cost effective and easy way. We are enabling Flight Crew to upload their most up to date information and recruiters to have an easy interface to connect to them.

Any qualified Flight Crew Member (over the age of 18), any Corporate Aviation Company, Private Jet Owner or Aircraft Aviation Operator.

Flight Crew must hold flight crew licenses, validations and crew member certificates. We take safety and security very seriously, and we regularly monitor the profiles of new and existing users. We have a strict code and policy of banning fraudulent users and their IP addresses.

Flight Crew

Go to the top of the page and select Crew Checkin. This will allow you to complete the information details on the left side of the screen in order to set up your account. Make sure you select the option for CREW.

Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your application to which you need to accept to complete the security checks.

Recruiters

Go to the top of the page and select Recruiter Checkin. This will allow you to complete the information details on the left side of the screen in order to set up your account. Make sure you select the option for RECRUITER.

Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your application to which you need to accept to complete the security checks.

Once you have logged in select from the task bar at the top of the page - Manage Profile. This allows you to edit or update your personal information such as licences, medicals, passport information along with your availability calendar.

This can be done in one of two ways. You can search for jobs from our search page without being logged in. Once you attempt to apply for a job, the website will prompt you to login to your account to complete the process.

Once logged in you are brought to the dashboard with the search feature of all the jobs available within the website. You are able to filter your searches in multiple ways such as (but not limited to) region, aircraft type, full time jobs, freelance jobs, country, start date or end date too. Your filtered results will be displayed and you can apply for as many jobs as your subscription package will allow you to apply for.


There are three options are available for Flight Crews. Silver, Gold and VIP.

Silver, is a free service which allows you to view and use the site for free. It also allows you to apply for certain jobs too.

Gold, is a paid service which allows you access to the same services as Silver however, you are also able to upload and store all your documents as a reminder service. These documents are also easily transferred to recruiters once you have applied for jobs too. It also give you the ability to have unlimited applications to all the full time jobs available on the website too.

VIP, is a paid service which allows you access to the same services as Silver and Gold however, you are also able to apply for all freelance jobs, update your availability calendar and be prioritised higher up the list in the recruiters searches. This VIP function is better suited to the Corporate Freelancers. 

There is only one type of membership for the Recruiters. This is free of charge and just requires the signup process being completed.

However, this membership has many job advertising packages which are able to be purchased when requiring to upload jobs. These are - Economy, Premium, Business, First and Private Jet. Click here to see the recruiter job advertising pricing.


Once you find the job you wish to apply for. Click the Apply Button which will prompt you to log in (in you're not already) and then confirm you wish to apply for the job.

Once you confirm you wish to proceed - the recruiter will be instantly informed of your application.

Once you have completed your profile. Your profile has the eligibility to appear on the home page. This is a random process with those chose have the VIP membership (for contract work) having a higher priority due to their paid membership.

Once you upload a new image to your profile gallery. We have to ensure it meets the standards of the site prior to uploading. We endeavour to ensure that all profiles are 100% up to date and live at all times. We usually approve your profile pictures immediately however, it can take up to 24 hours.

Your dashboard is a central point where all the latest jobs, news and social platforms are located. Recruiters can contact you here to leave messages and updates regarding your applications.

First you need to log in to your account. Then you find the manage profile in the taskbar at the top. This then gives you full access to make as many changes to your personal profile or aviation profile as you require.

When you create your account and update the settings in the personal profile section you have the ability modify the way you can receive updates. Here you can receive emails or notifications in the connections hub (dashboard) for any jobs you have created alerts for. Emails are sent out immediately you have matches with links directly back to the job that applies without the hassle for searching through multiple applications.

Once recruiters post their latest jobs. You can find them when logged in at the recent listings tab on the right side of your dash board. These are a mix of ALL the recent listings and your pre selected search settings.

If you're not logged in - these recent jobs lists will appear here.

To check the latest status of your applications you need to log into your account and go the the dashboard. You can then click on the button which shows the current jobs you have applied or been shortlisted for.

Here you will find a traffic light system of your applications. Recruiters have the ability to accept, reject or shortlist your application. They also can contact you for further clarity on your application.

Recruiters have the ability to message you directly. You can find their messages once you have logged into your profile or additionally at the chat icon at the top of your dashboard. They can initiate the chat from searching the crew profiles or from an application you have made to them.

Yes -  you can upgrade your account at any time. Once you're logged in, click your name of the top right of the dashboard. This gives you the option to select package which displays your current package purchased. You can upgrade from here to use the additional features of our site.

Yes -  you can downgrade your account at any time. Once you're logged in, click your name of the top right of the dashboard. This gives you the option to select package which displays your current package purchased. You can downgrade from here should you wish.

You can change your password at any time. Bear in mind with todays phasing attacks we recommend you changing your password regularly.  Once you're logged in to your account, click your name of the top right of the dashboard. This gives you the option to select Change Password.

Once you have logged in to your account click you name at the top right of the dashboard. This gives you the option to select the package which displays your current subscription.

Should you wish to cancel or deactivate your account under current GDPR rules you are of course able to. We don't wish to see you leave however, you do have the ability to reactivate your account at a later stage. All applications will be paused and your profile will not be seen or accessible by any recruiter.

Once logged into your recruiter account click Crew Search at the top of the taskbar. Here you have access to the database for all the crew members registered on our site.

Once logged into your recruiter account, click Post New Job. Here you can post a new job opening to the community.

When you have logged into the account click the My Active Listings Tab on the dashboard. This gives all your active jobs currently being advertised. Here you can click the job to edit, check the applications or remove the listing from active viewing.

Once your job has expired you can view the history of applications and use the application again for another listing. Just click on the Expired Job Listings Tab.

When you apply for a position from your dashboard, the recruiter will immediately be informed by email of your application. From time to time they sort through the applications, by rejecting or shortlisting depending on their criteria for the job being advertised. Should you be shortlisted for a position, you will be informed in your dashboard and via email. You might get shortlisted very early on in the application process and then sadly be rejected later on. This usually is because the recruiter is refining the list of candidates from the remaining applications.

When a recruiter looks through your application, they base their decision on the information your supply in your application. The more you write about yourself and provide, the better chance you have of standing out from the crowd. Should you not meet the requirements for the advertised job, the recruiter will reject your application. You will receive an email (or notification in the dashboard if you selected this) informing you that you have not been successful at this time.
